Her replacement will be responsible for continuing this mission, in particular during the Rugby World Cup which opens on September 8, then, above all, during the 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games during which 300 controllers will be mobilized.

The AFLD was created in 2006 to define and implement anti-doping actions at the national level. It implements the control policy during national and international competitions taking place on French soil. In the event of a positive test for a prohibited substance or method, the body exercises disciplinary power and can suspend any athlete who does not respect the law.
