Ditto for households using benefits for people in a situation of dependency, who receive the personalized autonomy allowance (APA) and the disability compensation benefit (PCH).
The computer project concerning early childhood (Pajemploi system) has not yet started, according to several sources. On the dependency side, the work with the departments, which manage the APA and the PCH, would only be at the very beginning.
