The Russian President, Vladimir Putin, receives this Thursday, July 27, the African Heads of State and Government in St. Petersburg, at the II Russia-Africa Summit. At the opening session, Vladimir Putin announced that Russia will be able to send between 25,000 and 50,000 tons of cereals free of charge to Burkina Faso, Zimbabwe, Mali, Somalia, Central African Republic and Eritreans in the next four months.
