The political party Commitment for Citizenship and Development (ECiDé) by Martin Fayulu recently contacted Kinshasa City Hall to inform the organization of a march on Saturday July 29 to “demand credible elections, that is that is to say, free, transparent, impartial, peaceful and inclusive, of which the audit of the electoral register by an independent international body with proven expertise in the matter is the sine qua none condition”.

According to this correspondence, the march must leave from the 3 Masina district at 8 a.m. to end at the Buddha field in the commune of N°diili via Boulevard Lumumba, N’djili entrance.

While the filing of candidacies for the legislative elections scheduled for December 20 ended on Sunday July 23, ECiDé by Martin Fayulu did not participate in this stage of the electoral process. He continues to condition his participation on a new audit of the electoral register.
