Narva MTÜ Autori foto invites everyone who loves Ida-Virumaa to take part in the Solar City 2023 Photo Festival.
Pre-printed photographs, framed and signed, are hung on nets or ropes stretched between trees. The theme of the exhibition is “Seasons”, which will allow photographers to reveal the beauty of the amazing places of Narva-Jõesuu in the widest possible way.
Registration for the festival is carried out on the day of the festival – July 30. Participation is free. The author himself decides what size to print photos.
Entrance to the festival is free.
The best works for the four seasons will be awarded by the organizers of the festival. An exhibition will be formed from the best works, which will open in August in the White Hall of the Narva-Jõesuu Interest Center at Kesk 3.
This year, the Solar City festival is supported by the Narva-Jõesuu Interest Center (Narva-Jõesuu Huvikeskus), the Narva-Jõesuu Youth Center and the Narva-Jõesuu Russian Society.
At 10 a.m., a photo quest starts, which is carried out by the Narva-Jõesuu Youth Center (contact phone – 55574952 Alexander). Registration must be done on the spot on the spot from 9:45. The organizers allow taking pictures not only with a camera, but also with a mobile phone, however, they warn that in this case it is necessary to be able to transfer pictures to a computer.
Photos on the theme “Seasons” are hung out on the territory of the “Sun” park, too, starting at 10 am, opening at 12.00.
At 13.30 Alexander Klyuchenko will hold a master class “Creating an artistic image in portrait photography in the open air.”
Throughout the festival, artists from the Narva association Vestervalli work and exhibit their paintings also on the theme of Narva-Jõesuu.
