The Middle People’s Court of Tieling City, Liaoning Province / Northeast China / as a court of first instance today sentenced the former head of the women’s football department of the Football Sports Management Center of the State Administration of Physical Education and Sports Zhang Jianqiang, according to which he was imprisoned for 12 years.
