WASHINGTON (Reuters) – The United States appears on track to avoid a recession, but could see a slight rise in unemployment as it continues to battle inflation, Minneapolis Federal Reserve Chairman Neel Kashkari told CBS News in an interview. this Sunday.

Kashkari said he’s not sure the Fed has stopped raising interest rates and that policymakers will let the data guide them when they meet in September.
