Subordinate to Roskomnadzor (RKN) FSUE “Main Radio Frequency Center” (GRFC) announced the purchase of dozens of mobile devices from foreign vendors. As follows from the tender documentation, which was posted on the public procurement portal on July 20, 2023, for 2.3 million rubles. GRCHTS acquires 54 gadgets. On July 28, the winner was determined, it was IT-Resource LLC.
As follows from the draft agreement, the Federal State Unitary Enterprise needed 16 iPhone 11, iPhone 12, iPhone 13 and iPhone 14 smartphones (four gadgets of each model, marked “equivalent is not allowed”), four more iPhone smartphones without specifying the model and four iPad tablets. The Federal State Unitary Enterprise also expects to receive 21 smartphones from other manufacturers, including Xiaomi, Huawei, Samsung, Vivo and Oppo. In addition, the HRCC will purchase six Huawei tablets. The GRCC lists the names of specific Android device models, but for each of them, the purchase of an equivalent model is allowed.
