On Monday evening, a Russia-requested meeting of the UN Security Council will take place, at which pro-Kremlin activist Sergei Chaulin, who was expelled from Estonia for threatening state security, will speak, BNS reports, citing rus.postimees.ee.

“As a speaker, we asked for a well-known activist, coordinator of the Immortal Regiment in Estonia, Sergei Chaulin. He was in a cafe in St. Petersburg at the time of the explosion that claimed the life of Vladlen Tatarsky in April of this year, and was wounded, ”said Dmitry Polyansky, First Deputy Representative of the Russian Federation to the UN, on his Telegram channel.

Russia requested a meeting of the UN Security Council on “the problem of the use of terrorist methods by the Kyiv regime due to the fact that the actions of the Ukrainian side lead to an aggravation of the crisis.”

On February 14, Sergei Chaulin, who has a gray passport and is described as a pro-Kremlin activist in Kapo yearbooks, was forced to leave Estonia after his long-term residence permit was revoked. Then he told Rus.Postimees that he did not agree that he posed a threat to public order or state security and that he intended to challenge the decision to deport him. He also stated that no one needs him in Russia.

On April 2, in St. Petersburg, propagandist Vladlen Tatarsky was blown up at his creative evening. The event was also attended by Chaulin, who was injured. After that, the Russian security forces took away his phone. Saying goodbye to his audience, the activist managed to wish good health to all those who suffered along with him during the explosion in the cafe of the chief of the Wagner PMC, Yevgeny Prigozhin.
