Influencer Kayla Shyx, whose real name is Kaya Loska, has filed allegations against Rammstein frontman amid the ongoing sex scandal surrounding Till Lindemann. Her YouTube video, posted on June 5, 2023, has about 5.9 million views. The District Court of Hamburg banned Kayla Schicks from distributing some passages from her video – because of illegal accusations against Rammstein frontman. The influencer confirmed this on her Instagram page.

According to the blogger, 30 to 40 seconds had to be cut from her 35-minute video. In addition, she must bear the legal costs associated with the proceedings.

What had to be removed from the video

Lindemann’s lawyers said the disputed passages are “procedurally incorrect factual statements or assessments” that cannot be trusted. In doing so, they refer to the decision of the District Court of Hamburg.

Lawyers are protesting claims on social media that women allegedly at the band’s concerts were “druged with knockout drops or alcohol so that our client could perform sexual acts with them. All of these allegations are, without exception, untrue,” say trusted lawyers Lindemann.

Kayla Shyx shared her personal impressions of the party after the Rammstein concert in her video. The girl told how people approached her and her friend at the Rammstein concert and invited them to one of Lindemann’s parties after the performance. The situation, she said, was “pretty frightening.”

An excerpt from the video about the author’s own experience and an assessment of the system for selecting young women did not raise objections from lawyers, Kayla Shyx quotes the online edition of Der Spiegel. According to the girl, she only wanted to protect young women.

Kayla Shyx is disappointed by the court’s decision, but the psychological stress of recent months was much stronger than the emotions she experienced now. After posting the video, the influencer, by her own admission, felt “immeasurable hatred, inconceivable threats and insults” that hit her on social networks.
