In September, the Professional Football League (LFP) will launch its next call for tenders for the 2024-2028 period in L1 and L2. Before a possible redistricting of batches and broadcast times, Ligue 2 will experience its last season in its current format.

It will be identical to that of last season with three broadcast slots. BeIN Sports will always have its two staggered matches, often the poster of the day, on Saturday at 3 p.m. and Monday at 8:45 p.m.

The other eight matches will be multiplexed on Amazon Prime on Saturdays at 7 p.m. The manager match of the multiplex is broadcast unencrypted on the Chaine l’Équipe. Seven matches (those not broadcast by BeIN Sports and the Chaine l’Équipe) are available in full on Amazon Prime.

For the first day, this Saturday August 5, Saint-Étienne – Grenoble will launch the season at 3 p.m. on BeIN Sports 1. The channel has chosen Pau – Bordeaux for its second offbeat poster, Monday August 7 at 8:45 p.m. As for the Chaine l’Équipe, it will broadcast Valenciennes – Auxerre in clear, Saturday August 5 at 7 p.m.

Note that this season, there will be five days on Tuesday (the 8th on September 26, the 7th on December 5, the 19th on December 9, the 21st on January 23 and the 34th day on April 23). In this case, the ten matches will take place that day and there will not be one shifted for the day of the weekend preceding it (two simultaneous matches on BeIN Sports on Saturday at 3 p.m.).
