“Sharing Talent”: An artistic exhibition that unites four generations of the country arrives in Antigua Guatemala

In between strokes and colors, four generations of artistic talent unite in one pictorial exhibition without equal. “Sharing Talent” is the name of this group show of painting and sculpture, starring Alejandro Ramírez Aldana, Brenda Franco, Brandon A. Ramírez and Alejandra Ramírez. The exhibition will be presented at the historic Santo Tomás de Aquino College, located at 1 Av. North No. 23, Antigua Guatemala and will be open to the public from on Wednesday, August 2.

A total of 66 works of art are the ones that give life to “Sharing Talent”which highlights the mastery of Alejandro Ramirez Aldana, and illustrator and graphic designer formed in the Rafael Rodríguez Padilla National School of Plastic Arts and the San Carlos University of Guatemala. His focus on cleanliness, experimentation with space and color has given rise to acclaimed series such as “Cats” and “The Roofs of my Neighborhood”, leaving his mark on urbanism and everyday life.

However, Alejandro’s talent does not stop there. As an inspiring painter, he has influenced his wife, Brenda Franco, who has also immersed himself in the artistic world. Brenda, with a loose and energetic brushstrokesearch capture the dreams, moments and experiences of womenhighlighting especially his series “Camila”.
