In Quito, Ecuador, the IX edition of the “Manuel Muñoz Borrero” international humanitarian law (IHL) contest concluded. The inauguration was attended by the Ministry of Defense, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Human Mobility, the Center for Research and Promotion of Humanitarian Studies, the Ecuadorian Red Cross and the International Committee of the Red Cross.
