The noun voyeuroriginating from French, is well established among Spanish-speakers and appears in the Dictionary of the Spanish language in italics for being an unadapted foreign term. In said entry, reference is made to the noun voyeuristic (which is also used as an adjective and is a well-formed derivative of voyeur and the Spanish suffix -any), to which preference is given and which is already in use. This work also records the voice voyeurism for the attitude of who is voyeuristic.

On the other hand, the Panhispanic dictionary of doubts remember that a colloquial alternative to voyeur es miron and advises against, in any case, hybrid forms voyeurista y voyeurism.
