Ukraine says Russia plans false flag attack to implicate Belarus in invasion

The Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) has assured this Friday that Russia is planning a false flag attack against an oil refinery located in the Belarusian city of Mozyr, in an attempt to involve Minsk in a war that has been going on since over a year and a half ago.

Based on various sources, including that of a Russian soldier captured by Ukrainian troops in Zaporizhia, Russia would have sent soldiers from its special forces to Belarus, posing as mercenaries from the Wagner Group to carry out this act of sabotage that is reportedly I would hold Kiev responsible.

One of these alleged Ukrainian saboteurs would be this captured Russian soldier, as revealed by the SBU’s cybersecurity department, based on the communications that were intercepted. According to this, he would have received orders to move to Belarus under a false identity as a Wagner mercenary.
