El Dutch Mathieu van der Poel has been proclaimed this Sunday world champion on the road by winning the test disputed between Edinburgh y Glasgow over 271.1 kilometers of travel and in which he entered the finish line alone to make history for his country, since the Netherlands had not won the rainbow jersey for 38 years.
