Intel is preparing the launch of its next generations of processors, including the Meteor Lake and Raptor Lake soda. The first will be aimed at laptops, but also at mini-PCs, where low-power processors are often used. The second will be a mere rehash of the Raptor Lake with 200 MHz more operating frequency or comparatively more P or E cores. Be that as it may, the Meteor Lake is headed for its presentation in September, during Innovation 2023.

This has been indicated by Intel in the text of one of the conferences that it will give in those days, although it was when the rumors suggested that they would be presented. The launch will be rather in October, in time to encourage purchases during the Christmas season. These Meteor Lake processors, which will make up the first generation Core Ultrathey are expected to have a maximum of six P cores, ten E, two of them integrated into the chiplet dedicated to system-on-chip tasks —connectivity and processor management—.

The iGPU would be eight Xe coreswhich would be 1024 shaders, so it could have more than good power for an integrated one, like an Arc A380, although using main memory instead of faster GDDR6 will have a major impact on maximum performance.

The conference will take place on September 19th.
