HE REQUESTED SUMMARY INSTRUCTION REGARDING EVENTS WHICH COULD MERIT DISCIPLINARY MEASURES
By virtue of journalistic publications in relation to a fiscal-police operation on an alleged case of extortion in exchange for judicial agreements that affect the Criminal Court of Guarantees No. 1 of Capiatá, corresponding to the Judicial District of Central, the Minister of the Court Supreme Court, in his capacity as superintendent, Dr. Eugenio Jiménez Rolón ordered an immediate reaction audit. Thus, he also requested the administrative investigation of the lawyer Farid Gustavo González, with registration No. 11,007 to determine the existence of facts that can be configured as administrative offenses.
Minister Jiménez Rolón, through a note addressed to the General Directorate of Jurisdictional Management Audit, ordered an immediate reaction audit of the Criminal Court of Guarantees No. 1 of Capiatá.
Thus, he also requested the president of the Superintendence Council, Dr. César Diesel, the administrative investigation of the lawyer Farid Gustavo González, with registration No. 11,007, in accordance with the provisions of Article 4 of Law No. 609/95 and by Article 3 of Agreement No. 1597/21, in order to determine the existence or not of facts that could configure administrative faults, and that, eventually, warrant the application of some disciplinary measure.
In this context, it is clarified that the request is made in consideration of the provisions of Article 9 of the aforementioned Agreement, which establishes the independence of administrative responsibility; and without prejudice to the provisions of Article 55 of the Agreement, which regulates the relationship between disciplinary proceedings and criminal proceedings.
