If upon entering the dark room, the voter does not find any of the ballots, they must notify the polling station president about it. If no solution is found for the voter, a Complementary or Contingency Dark Room (COC) must be set up so that the person can exercise their right to vote. It will be in charge of a delegate of the National Electoral Justice (JNE) who must have copies of ballots from all groups and lists.
