Five days after the PASOs denounced victoria villarruelthe candidate a Vice President by Javier Milei. The accusation is for some alleged falsifications that she made to consecrate herself as president of the Democratic Party of the province of Buenos Aires. That happened in July of last year and from that moment on the nomination had raised a stir: around ten leaders of the leadership of the PD had resigned on the spot and they even issued a harsh statement accusing La Libertad Avanza of “using the same practices of the caste”. But the matter, now, came to Justice.
The crimes that are imputed to Villarruel are of “ideological falsehood”, “falsification of public instrument” and “procedural fraud”. It is a complaint in which Guillermo Montenegro, secretary of the candidate for Vice in Deputies and Carlos Onteiro, the party controller, are also charged. The case was presented on August 3 in the Federal Court No. 1 of La Plata, for Dr. Liliana Adamoand has file number No. 3001006/1990.
According to it, “on May 8, an act of the Electoral Tribunal of the Democratic Party of the Province of Buenos Aires was presented in the Electoral Justice, in which the authorities are ratified and/or adapted. All of the signatories there are forged. The holders of the Electoral Tribunal did not sign, far from it. No meeting was even held. In turn, on June 4, an act of the Electoral Tribunal was presented again, in which the same thing happened. That meeting never happened. as falsely mentioned, nor do the signatures belong to the heads of said court. The signatures are not theirs and the content of the minutes is not real.
