Mix until emulsifying the lemon juice with the mustard, tahini and a drizzle of oil, seasoned with granulated garlic and pepper, and smear the tofu with this mixture, reserving any excess.

Heat a griddle or grill over high heat, paint with oil and cook the courgettes on all their faces until they are soft. well golden on the outside and somewhat tender. Cook the tofu on both sides equally, marking it well. Cut the zucchini into one-bite portions and do the same with the tofu, cubed.

Mix everything in a bowl adding the sliced ​​green chili and the herbs. Align with the rest of the sauce and add more extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper if necessary.
