There are thousands of digital nomads who, in particular, since the Covid-19 pandemic have chosen various places around the world to settle there. These new workers of the 21st century perform their duties remotely, thanks to the internet, and often enjoy more pleasant conditions on a daily basis. RFI was in the Portuguese archipelago of Madeira to contact local authorities and also with digital nomads.
