An alleged Ryzen 8000 (Strix Point) with 4 Zen 5 and 8 Zen 5c cores appears

The world of rumor mills, which has a lot of inventionology, it works in a very simple way: someone says one day that this or that product will have certain characteristics, and the next day another medium comes along that says the same thing. The sources? The ones in the park next to his house, although those who support these rumors usually do so with the same comments without anything to back them up or by inventing the data. In the case of the Strix Point, which will be the Ryzen 8000 processors for laptops, the same thing has happened.

A few days ago a rumorologist inventor said that the Strix Point would have a hybrid architecture, with four Zen 5 cores and eight Zen 5c cores. Now another medium, which I have never heard of, says that this will be the case because they have a couple of images that prove it. Probably fake, but who knows. There are mentioned some P cores, which would be the Zen 5, and the E cores, which would be the Zen 5c, with different amounts of cache.

It seems like a lot of information to be a processor that is still a long way away from reaching the market. As far as possible, the fact that the Zen 5 and Zen 5c cores appear different is more logical, because their maximum frequency potential is different, and although they can execute the same number of instructions per cycle (IPC), it is normal to differentiate them. So, well, it’s either true or it’s not. I would take it with a good dose of skepticism, and something else.
