Rajamouli sees multi-crore profit before release

by time news

The Rajamavuli-directed blockbuster film RRR was originally slated to release on January 7. Then there was the delay in screening the film due to this corona 3rd wave threat.

The government has ordered that only 50 per cent of seats in theaters be allowed due to the 3rd wave. This order of the government has caused many problems in the release of the film.

Made by Rajamavuli with a budget of Rs 400 crore, this magnificent film will definitely not make a profit if it is screened as per the government order. This will cause great loss to the film crew.

Bookings for the film, which has already been announced for release on January 7, alone have sold out to several crores. The film is currently slated to release on April 28 due to the government’s announcement.

Theaters are trying to recoup these tickets, which have sold for millions. The service charge for that ticket alone has been charged in the millions.

Though the film has been put on hold its anticipation is still not contained among the people. The film is set to release almost three months later. Now this postponement has further increased the anticipation of the film among the fans.
