MSCI ACWI-ETFs

Cologne With exchange-traded funds (ETFs), investors can easily invest on the stock exchange and implement an important tip when investing: diversification, i.e. a spread of the investment.
The simplest ETFs are issued on indices that only focus on tracking the price developments of the stocks they contain. They represent almost 100 percent of the performance of the index. Because index funds invest passively, there are no costs for a fund manager, for example. This makes them cheaper than actively managed investment funds.
A popular ETF is the MSCI World, with which investors invest in stocks from 23 industrialized countries. However, criticism of the MSCI World is growing because the weight of the USA and especially the large tech companies is increasing. This creates a cluster risk.
