For two months, young people had been gathering in Collégien (Seine-et-Marne) during runs, illegal gatherings of cars. But on the night of this Saturday August 12 to Sunday August 13, police personnel were there to wait for them. In all, 60 verbalizations were made between midnight and three o’clock in the morning for participation in an assembly of unauthorized motor vehicles, illegal parking and lack of insurance.
