Strong explosion in the Belgorod region of Russia. Anti-aircraft defense systems intercepted and destroyed one drone. There were no casualties or damage. Russian attacks in the Kherson and Odessa regions have also affected aid workers. Rescuers had to stop distributing basic necessities.
