A year ago, the American president announced the launch of a pharaonic project for the energy transition: the IRA, the Inflation Reduction Act, which aims to encourage the production and development in the United States of clean energies via credits taxes granted to businesses and households. The IRA also aims to promote the reindustrialisation of the country, in particular by attracting European companies.
