First night curfew in Tamil Nadu; Full curfew on Sundays | Dynamics

Chennai: Chief Minister Stalin has announced that a night curfew will be implemented in Tamil Nadu from tomorrow.

The statement said:

Night curfew

* Night curfew will be enforced across the state from 10 pm to 5 am on weekdays from tomorrow (Jan. 6).

* All malls, businesses, shops, restaurants, etc. are not allowed to operate during the night curfew.

* Permission for public and private bus services within the state.

* Essential functions such as milk distribution, daily newspaper distribution, medical services such as hospitals, medical laboratories, pharmacies, ambulance services, ATM centers, trucks will also be allowed at night.

* Petrol and diesel stocks are allowed to operate continuously for 24 hours.

* Permission to operate companies including manufacturing plants, information technology service. However, IT professionals should be instructed to work from home.

Full curfew on Sunday

* Full curfew will be enforced on Sunday. However, permission for essential tasks.

* Public transport and metro train will not run during full curfew.

* Only parcel service is allowed in full curfew restaurants from 7am to 10pm.

* People traveling by air, train and bus will be allowed to use their own and rental vehicles during the night curfew and during the full curfew. When traveling, keep a ticket.

Prohibition on live classes

* Kindergartens and nursery schools are not permitted to operate, except in kindergartens.
* All schools are prohibited from conducting direct classes from 1st to 9th grade.
* Direct classes will be held for 10th, 11th and 12th students to enable them to pursue general education, education and future welfare and vaccination.
* Students studying in all colleges and vocational training institutes except Government, Private Medical and Allied Medical Colleges are given leave till Jan. 20 for writing the examination.
* Prohibition of operation of training centers
* Exhibitions and book fairs are currently postponed.

Only 50 percent of passengers are allowed

* Only 50% of seats on public buses and suburban trains will be occupied by passengers.
* Passengers will be allowed to travel in only 50 per cent seats on metro trains
* Postponement of Pongal and Art Festivals by all Government and Private.
* All amusement / amusement parks are prohibited from operating
* Only public walking is permitted on all beaches

Prohibition of worship

* Not all places of worship are open to the public on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays
* The current ban on public gatherings such as community, cultural and political gatherings will continue
* District Collectors and local bodies concerned should take steps to set up fish and vegetable markets at more than one place to avoid public gatherings at fish and vegetable markets especially on weekends.

* It is advised to divide the existing buses from the existing integrated bus stations zone wise and take appropriate action to run the buses from different places.
* Employees and owners working in public places such as shops, businesses, private companies, shopping malls, theaters, all service sectors should all be vaccinated with two doses.
* Employees of government and local bodies must be vaccinated by Jan. 9 and submit the relevant certificate to the relevant office.
* Those who work in factories during the curfew should keep their office ID card and certificate of vaccination with them when they go to work at night.

Permission for 100 people

* Only 50% of customers are allowed to dine in restaurants, hotels, lodges, hostels and lodges
* Only more than 100 people are allowed to attend weddings and wedding-related events
* Allow no more than 50 people in death-related events
* Owners should ensure that clothing stores and jewelry stores do not exceed 50 percent of customers at a time
* Gymnasiums, games and restaurants in entertainment venues will be allowed to operate with up to 50% of customers at a time.
* Allow gymnasiums and yoga training centers to operate with up to 50 percent of clients at a time
* All theaters will be allowed to operate with a maximum of 50% of the audience in the seats allowed
* Open outdoor playgrounds will be allowed to hold games following standard guidelines
* Training will be allowed in indoor stadiums following standard guidelines and with 50 per cent spectators.
* Seminars, music, drama, etc., which are held in all indoor venues, will be allowed to be conducted with a maximum of 50 per cent audience following standard guidelines.
* Beauty salons, salons, etc. will be allowed to operate with up to 50 percent of the customers at a time.
