Potato and green bean salad: the recipe

Ingredients for 4 people):
500 g of potatoes
400 g of green beans
260 g of tuna
2 eggs
1 onion

Procedure:
To obtain a good potato and green bean salad, the first thing to take into account is the cooking of the ingredients. Which must be cooked strictly on their own, so that both the potatoes and the green beans can maintain the right timing and consequently the right consistency. Both potatoes and green beans will then be cooked in plenty of salted water and drained when they begin to float to the surface.

At this point, start cooking the eggs, which will first be kept in cold water and then boiled for about 6-7 minutes, after which they can be treated in different ways. Either cut into small pieces or slices, with the second option you will allow the eggs to maintain a greater consistency.

Then it’s time to compose the salad. Take a large salad bowl in which you must first place the potatoes, cut into chunks, then the green beans – either whole or cut in half – and the tuna, drained and crumbled by hand – in the case of tuna, be careful to choose the fillets, in glass jar-. The onion, if you like it, should be added raw and thinly sliced.
