Will Netanyahu succeed in eliminating the members of the “new Likudniks” in his war?
In recent weeks, there has been a struggle against the group of thousands of functionaries, claiming that they are harming the Likud from within and not really supporting the party, and the movement’s court has been discussing the issue.
Likud chairman Benjamin Netanyahu even issued harsh statements against them, attacking MK Israel Katz, who he claims helps them, but has just reached a court hearing to attack the new Likudniks group.

According to the emerging agreements, a special committee will be set up, headed by MK David Bitan, which will concentrate the powers on the review process of the new Likudniks.
The goal is to send the group’s functionaries a letter in which they will be required within 45 days to declare their support for the Likud.
Anyone who refuses to sign on time and does not send the statement to the Likud administration – leaves the movement and the number of Likud voters will be deleted.
According to the forthcoming decision, Itai Bar-Yosef will coordinate on behalf of the “New Likudniks” group the list of members who belong to the group of functionaries.
However, it was decided that the committee would be empowered to give whomever it sees fit, from the list of functionaries an extension of 30 days to submit the declarations.
The Likud movement’s tribunal will now have to decide whether to accept the agreements of the chairman of the secretariat, Israel Katz, and the chairman of the center, Haim Katz, which were agreed upon by Likud leader Netanyahu and the faction’s chairman Yariv Levin, and give effect to a ruling. .
