Deploring the irresponsible nature of the local administration, the Head of State ordered the Governor of Muramvya Province to pay, within a period not exceeding 3 days and from his own pocket, this deteriorated cement which could have been used to other development work in this province, which already has several sites.
Stating that this money will be paid into the account of the public treasury, His Excellency Evariste Ndayishimiye takes the opportunity to ask all other administrators to cut short the negligence in the execution of development projects.
On the sidelines of this visit, the Head of State and Commander-in-Chief of the Defense and General Security Forces Major Evariste Ndayishimiye took advantage of his visit to provide advice on patriotism to young recruits from the School of Non-Commissioned Officers of Police (ESOP) of the 5th promotion who were in training at the Muramvya stadium.
