The Military Police (PM) of São José do Rio Preto (SP) temporarily arrested the attendant Davi Izaque Martins Silva, 26 years old, on Saturday 19, for killing the doctor Thallita da Cruz Fernandes, found dead in a suitcase. Silva is the prime suspect.
O Court of Justice of São Paulo confirmed the information, this afternoon.

Boyfriend of doctor found dead in suitcase acted naturally
After the crime, Silva acted as if nothing had happened. Thallita’s boyfriend asked for an Uber and talked normally with the driver during the journey. Upon getting out of the vehicle, in front of a hamburger place, the suspect commented on the pleasant smell coming from the place.
“Smell of meat, right?” he said.
Called to testify, the Uber driver reported the episode to the police. The Civil Police believe that Davi murdered Thallita, for not accepting the end of the relationship, nor losing the “high standard” life that she gave to the boy, who worked in a snack bar.

The PM found Thallita in a suitcase in the apartment where she lived, in Rio Preto, on Friday the 18th.
It all started when a friend of the doctor went to the property to find out why the doctor hadn’t responded to the mother’s messages the day before.
Upon arriving at the residence on Rua Coronel Spinola de Castro, the doorman said he had not seen the resident leave the premises.
Thalitta was naked and with several cuts on her face. Officers also saw blood marks in the bathroom.
