The group managers will be responsible for different areas of focus within the forensic process, including FingerID, Photo and Trace, and PersonID. The role requires a relevant bachelor’s degree in law, technology, natural sciences, or equivalent education. Additionally, at least six months of continuous experience as a manager or supervisor is required. Experience in a relevant field of activity, participation in change and development work, and a good command of both Swedish and English are also necessary qualifications. The selected candidates will report to the section manager and work as part of the Stockholm Laboratory Section’s management team.

The group managers will be responsible for driving the agency’s change and development work, representing the Police Authority internally and externally, and strengthening trust in police operations. They will also be expected to exercise sincere, courageous, and responsive leadership and create good relationships within the department.
