The Alba Financial Corporation enters the shareholding of Inmobiliaria Colonial with a participation of 3.016%according to the documentation sent to the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV).
Thus, the investment company comes to control a package of almost 16.3 million shares that, taking as a reference the market prices at the close of the Stock Market on Friday, August 18, would have a value of 85.9 million euros, since each share of the socimi was trading at 5.28 euros with a fall of 1.95%.
This investment occurs after the Alba Financial Corporation formalized a capital increase on July 31 as a result of the issuance of new shares that it used as part of its scrip dividend, as reported to the CNMV.
Among the main reference shareholders of the Ibex 35 socimi are also BlackRock, Crédit Agricole and Qatar Investment Authority, which is the most prominent with a participation of more than 19%.
