A firefighter among the injured
The seriously injured, an occupant of the building, was intoxicated and slightly burned. He was evacuated to the Mantes-la-Ville hospital center. One of the seven slightly injured is a firefighter, the others residents of the building, located near the square Verlaine.
About 50 occupants left the building when the fire broke out in a first-floor apartment around 7 p.m.
The fire was extinguished thanks to the mobilization of forty-four firefighters, in particular equipped with water lances.
This disaster occurred three days after the serious fire which killed three people, including a teenager and nearly twenty injured on Saturday in a residential tower in a city of L’Île-Saint-Denis (Seine-Saint -Denis), north of Paris.
