Andrey Petrovich Belyanko – Colonel of Justice. In 1998 he graduated from the Academy of Management of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus, in 2008 – the Academy of Management under the President of the Republic of Belarus. Since 1998, he has served in various positions in the expert divisions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, since 2013 – in the State Committee for Forensic Examinations.
The day before, a solemn meeting was held in the assembly hall of the SCSE department for the Brest region on the occasion of the transfer of the now former head of the department Andrei Deshkevich. At the event, words of gratitude were addressed to Andrey Cheslavovich, who will head the department in another region.
