The group consists of controllers and handlers, with the Regional Controller providing support in checking and following up on the business.

In addition to experience in intelligence activities, at least six months of continuous experience as a supervisor, project manager, or similar role in the past five years is required. Police exam certification is also necessary. Experience in leading others towards set goals and results, working in informant activities, and executive and leadership training are considered meritorious.

Leadership and personal qualities are highly valued in the selection process. The chosen candidate will have to demonstrate abilities in analysis and holistic view, goals and results, development and change, social security, and oral and written communication.
