A motorcyclist died when he was run over by an unidentified vehicle (it escaped) at km 53.4 of the Bandeirantes highway, southbound, in Jundiai, at 2:02 pm on Thursday, August 24.
According to the dealership CCR AutoBAnfor reasons to be clarified, the motorcycle was traveling on lane 3 in the north direction, when it arrived at km 53, it collided with the rear of an ignored vehicle, causing the motorcycle to overturn and the driver to fall, and he was run over by ignored vehicles.
For the concessionaire, the Highway Military Police, the Technical Police and the funeral home, lanes 3 and 4 and the shoulder were closed at 2:02 pm. The lanes were released at 2:40 pm and the shoulder at 7:00 pm, after removal of the victim’s body by the funeral home’s car.
Traffic slowed down from km 56 to km 52 from 2:25 pm to 3:25 pm.
