In government forecasts, legal resources will be limited to Chihuahua and Coahuila, but it is anticipated that in Guanajuato and Querétaro there could be problems in distribution because the PAN governments that control the entities prioritize the electoral agenda, while in Aguascalientes there is uncertainty.

His response led to a direct criticism of the Minister President of the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation, Norma Piña, whom he blamed for the allocation of resources. “One could say: and why didn’t he hand it over to another minister? Why didn’t you hand it over to Minister Loretta (Ortiz)? No, they already agreed and in five business days she decided that the books should not be distributed in Chihuahua ”.
And ironically, he added: “until now there has not been another, but it is on sale. If someone is encouraged, it may be that in 24 hours the protection will be delivered. Do you know how long you have with a file of 25 billion pesos. Eight months! Someone told me, very cynically, that they could stay all the time. They have no time limit.”
In this context, he launched a second questioning of Piña’s performance, alluding to the revelation that La Jornada made this week regarding a new contract in the Judiciary. This is Ricardo Márquez Blas, who was a close collaborator of former Security Secretary Genaro García Luna in the Secretariat of the National Public Security System. “He was one of the most important.
