Azrieli’s Spiral Tower in Tel Aviv has received construction approval from the Tel Aviv Local Planning and Construction Committee, which is expected to be (at least for some time) the tallest tower in Israel. This was reported in “Calcalist”.

The spiral tower will be erected on the area on which the Yedioth Ahronoth building stood, on Begin Road in Tel Aviv. His work is planned to last about 4 years, he will rise to a height of 350 meters, 91 floors.

It will include 6 underground parking levels and an additional commercial floor. Above ground. The tower will include commercial floors at its base, office floors up to half of the tower, above which are residential floors for rent that include 171 housing units, and at the top a 250-room hotel.

Today, the Sharona Tower, which also belongs to Azrieli, is the tallest in Israel and rises to a height of 238 meters. In the future, a tower between cities and 120 will be expected to be built in Ramat Gan, and both will be significantly taller than the spiral tower.
