The Minister of Agriculture and Food Kiril Vatev took part in the official opening of the International Exhibition for Agriculture and Food Products “AGRA 2023” in Gornja Radgona, Slovenia.

Earlier today, Minister Vatev held an informal meeting with the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Food of the Republic of Slovenia, Irena Šinko, during which the challenges in the agrarian sector, opportunities to exchange experience and good practices in the field of beekeeping were discussed. Among the topics of conversation that were discussed by the two ministers was the upcoming participation of Bulgaria as a partner country in the “AGRA” exhibition next year.
At the Bulgarian stand, Minister Vatev welcomed the President of the Republic of Slovenia, Natasha Pirc Musar, who officially opened the exhibition.
For another year, the Ministry of Agriculture and Food organizes participation in the exhibition with a national stand. It is located on an area of 69 square meters, and this year five companies that offer honey, bee products, dairy products and essential oils are presented at it.
