Tijuana, BC.- A corpse, as well as a severed head inside a car, were located this Tuesday morning, in the Liberty colony.
The events were reported around 08:00 hours on CFC and Third streets, when a passerby made the discovery inside a black Honda Civic vehicle, for which he called the emergency number 911.
