The names of urban place names, such as streets, squares, avenues, avenues, etc., can be written with the preposition of or without her.

According to the New grammar of the Spanish language, these constructions in apposition are considered adequate so much when a common noun and a proper noun are directly linked (Alcala street) as if between both elements the preposition is introduced of (Alcala street).
In any case, there is great variability in this regard depending on the country or city, or even depending on each particular case. The preposition is omitted when the name of the street or square is originally an adjective, as in Calle Real, Plaza Mayor o elliptical square.
Therefore, all of the above examples are appropriate.
It is also recalled that, as indicated by the Orthographyare written with initial lowercase generic names (street, square, avenue…) that accompany their own in these denominations.
