Job Description

A new Group Manager position is available in the IT department of the municipality. The department is responsible for all IT services used by the police force. The Group Manager will be in charge of the Delivery and Support unit, which has a local presence in each region and is responsible for coordinating deliveries and providing technical support. The position requires travel within the geographic catchment area.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have at least one year of experience as a manager or supervisor, experience in change and development work, and knowledge of IT-related services. Swedish citizenship, a B driving license, and the ability to communicate effectively in Swedish (spoken and written) are also required. Additional qualifications include knowledge and experience of agile methodology, leadership experience, and familiarity with Teletechnical Security Systems and IT infrastructure.
