On the occasion of the 31st golf tournament, the Lions Club Buchholz-Nordheide called for participation in May this year and 78 women and men swung their golf clubs for a good cause. The proceeds from donations this year went to the DLRG in Buchholz, among others. For the 10,000 euro donation, 2 digital radios and a defibrillator were purchased and used to train the members on AED devices (automated external defibrillator). At a symbolic handover of the donation sum last Friday, club chairman Martin Frey, 2nd chairman Gudrun Behrens and assessor Kai Brauer thanked the two members of the Lions Club Buchholz Nordheide Ralf Meinecke and Stephan Schrader for their great support.
