German business software maker SAP has announced its acquisition of software management company LeanIX in order to strengthen its business transformation portfolio. The deal, which includes investors such as Insight Partners, DTCP, Capnamic Ventures, Iris Capital, Goldman Sachs, and Dawn Capital, is expected to close in the fourth quarter of this year. The terms of the agreement have not been disclosed.
