Transition: The 9 new members of the Constitutional Court

DIG/ After 32 years at the head of the Constitutional Court since its creation in 1991, Marie Madeleine Mborantsuo was officially dismissed from her post on September 6, 2023, following an interview at the Palais de la Rénovation with the President of the Transition, Brice-Clotaire Oligui Nguéma.

The former guardian of the laws nicknamed the “Tower of Pisa” was replaced by the magistrate Dieudonné Aba’A Owono.
