According to the Secretary of State,
Hungarian professionals are familiar with the most modern technologies, he mentioned as an example that in the competition the electrician had to install an electric car charger among the tasks, and the competitors in the fields of water-gas heating installation, robotics, mechatronics, and IT also had to use the most modern techniques.
Balázs Hankó recalled that through the cooperation with the Hungarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MKIK), the chamber was the driving force behind the renewal of the entire vocational training.
The strengthening of vocational education is shown by the fact that most of those who continue their studies after the 8th grade in Hungary choose vocational education. The students themselves value vocational training more and more. The government provides more and more scholarships to participants in vocational training, and after obtaining the profession, it also provides HUF 300,000 start-up support
said the state secretary of KIM.
Balázs Hankó touched on the fact that a
Hungarian vocational training meets the needs of the labor market.
Dual training is becoming more and more important, a significant part of which takes place at the given industrial actors and companies, so young professionals gain not only theoretical knowledge, but also concrete practical experience.
Vocational training is continuously fine-tuned with the cooperation of the actors of the economy, so that the practical training develops even more in accordance with the needs of the economy
