Commenting on this, MSK Prasad said, “I think the Indian team missed Ishant Sharma in the second Test against South Africa. The absence of a tall bowler like Ishant Sharma has been a setback for the Indian team. Ishant Sharma should not be played without on such pitches and Ishant Sharma should be given priority over Umesh Yadav. ”

The third and final Test between India and South Africa starts on January 11.
